With 9 to 12 super-sensory spin and next-gen HIIT training classes every day, our goal is to provide you with the most convenient times so you can fit the workout you want into your busy schedule the way you like.

Dress to move

Bring comfortable workout attire and we’ll take care of the rest including top-quality cycling shoes, heart rate monitors, and towels. Our oversize lockers neatly accommodate your business attire, boots, backpacks, and briefcases while our elegant showers sooth and rejuvenate so you hit the ground running again.

Create your routine

Most of our community works out at our studios 2 to 3 times a week. Changing it up from spin to HIIT and through different body groups is easy at VibeCycle. Furthermore, our pro trainers will help you build a plan that efficiently works out every part of your body so you can achieve your fitness goals.

Safety and support

If you’re new to spin, our staff will help you set up your bike to ensure optimal comfort and performance. Each bike is also equipped with an onboard computer to track your ride and fitness journey and progress over time.

At VibeCycle, the cleanliness of our fitness centre and equipment are a top priority. So, that’s why our staff takes care of cleaning and disinfecting all equipment after every class. We use a strong, yet PETA-certified eco-friendly disinfectant to eliminate bacteria and viruses so you can focus on what’s important to you – getting an awesome workout.

A Breath of Fresh Air

Designed by BFA engineers, the importance of optimal airflow and circulation of fresh outdoor air into fitness studios cannot be understated. With fully exchanged air circulated 10 times per hour, you can breathe easy knowing you're in a clean and safe environment where CO2 as well as odours are effectively evacuated while bringing in more oxygen to better fuel your workout and performance.

When considering Spin and HIIT classes at VibeCycle™, here are a few important things to keep in mind:

Health considerations

If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, including Spin and HIIT classes.

Fitness level and experience

Spin Classes: Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. No previous cycling experience is required. HIIT Classes‍: Generally, more intense, suitable for those with a basic level of fitness. Beginners should start with less intense options and gradually increase intensity.

Pre-class preparation

Stay hydrated and have a light, energizing meal or snack about 1-2 hours before class. Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes. For Spin classes, padded cycling shorts can enhance comfort. Cycling shoes are included. Of course you can also bring your own.

During the class

Listen to your body: it's important to pace yourself, especially if you're new. Pushing too hard too soon can lead to injury. Follow your instructor’s guidance on technique tips and safety instructions.

Post-class care

Essential for muscle recovery and flexibility, VibeCycle™ classes typically include a cool-down phase. Rehydrate and eat a balanced meal post-workout to aid in recovery.
