Choose your class

If you haven’t done so already, check out our class offerings and book your spin or HIIT session online.

Dress for comfort

Bring comfortable workout attire and we’ll take care of the rest. We provide top-quality cycling shoes, heart rate monitors, and towels, including a refreshing post-workout eucalyptus towel.

At the studio

Use a private locker with digital lock to store your personal items. Walk around and get familiar with our elegant and comfortable facilities. Explore our super-sensory Spin Studio, state-of-the-art HIIT Studio as well as the Vibe Bar and Lounge.

In the class

Our staff will help you set up your bike to ensure optimal comfort and performance. Each bike is also equipped with an onboard computer to track your ride and fitness journey over time.

Our spacious locker rooms and elegant showers create the perfect post-workout setting. You can also refuel with healthy snacks and beverages at the Vibe Bar and connect with fellow riders in the Vibe Lounge.

When considering Spin and HIIT classes at VibeCycle™, here are a few important things to keep in mind:

Health considerations

If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, including Spin and HIIT classes.

Fitness level and experience

Spin Classes: Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. No previous cycling experience is required. HIIT Classes‍: Generally, more intense, suitable for those with a basic level of fitness. Beginners should start with less intense options and gradually increase intensity.

Pre-class preparation

Stay hydrated and have a light, energizing meal or snack about 1-2 hours before class. Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes. For Spin classes, padded cycling shorts can enhance comfort. Cycling shoes are included. Of course you can also bring your own.

During the class

Listen to your body: it's important to pace yourself, especially if you're new. Pushing too hard too soon can lead to injury. Follow your instructor’s guidance on technique tips and safety instructions.

Post-class care

Essential for muscle recovery and flexibility, VibeCycle™ classes typically include a cool-down phase. Rehydrate and eat a balanced meal post-workout to aid in recovery.
